PTO MANAGER INSTRUCTIONS
PTO Manager is our database for preparing the Student Phone Directory, for compiling the list of volunteers and communicating with these volunteers.
You MUST sign into Lakeside PTO Manager if you would like your child in the Directory, to receive PTO emails about up coming events, and be aware of all the wonderful volunteer opportunities at Lakeside.
1. Log on to http://lakesidepto.ptomanager.com
2. You will be prompted to enter your email address and also a password. (**Please see note below if you have more than one child in the district at either the middle school or the high school)
3. Once you are in to the system a screen will pop up with 3 Steps to follow:
STEP 1: Parent Information must be filled in and permission granted to be included in the Lakeside Directory this year.
STEP 2: Volunteer Interests. A list of Volunteer Opportunities will show on this screen and allow you to click and sign up for any volunteer opportunities. You should be able to click on the volunteer option if you want a description of what that opportunity involves. PLEAS NOTE: Clicking on a volunteer opportunity does not automatically require you to volunteer in that position, it simply gives us a list of emails to contact when that volunteer opportunity comes up. We will contact you to see if you can volunteer at that time. If not, you will be contacted again the next time that opportunity arises.
STEP 3: Student Information. This sections allows you to enter your student(s) names, birthdays, Grade level, and Teacher name. **We need this information to include in the Lakeside Directory
*NOTE: To find each step, please locate the light blue line at the top of the page and click on each step. Then after filling out each section, click save or log in.
**NOTE: If you have children at either CMS North or the High School, and you have already logged onto their PTO Manager, when you try to sign in you will get a warning that says your address is already logged onto PTO Manager at another school. Do you still want to continue. Click CONFIRM and you will be prompted to enter a new password for Lakeside. You must have a different password for each school's PTO Manager.
